Privacy Policy – Rawad The Barber

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how GitNaCode ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Rawad The Barber mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Rawad The Barber is a barber shop booking application that lets users create an account, log in, and book appointments. The barber/admin can manage availability and bookings through the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a) Account Information

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (if provided during registration or login)

b) Booking Information

• Selected appointment date and time
• Chosen services
• Optional notes or preferences you provide

c) Device and App Data

• Crash logs and diagnostic data (collected automatically via Firebase Crashlytics)
• App usage and performance data (collected via Firebase Analytics)
• Device type, operating system version, and app version

d) Location Data

The App does not collect precise or background location data. If a "Get Directions" feature is used, your device's mapping application handles location separately, and we do not receive or store your location.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Process and manage appointment bookings
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via push notifications
• Provide customer support
• Improve app stability, performance, and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Google/Firebase services (listed in Section 10) to operate the App. These providers may process your data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: If the App or business is transferred or merged, user data may be part of that transfer, with notice provided to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Update: You can view and update your account information directly in the App.
• Delete Your Account: You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing us at getnacode@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
• Push Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings at any time.
• Analytics: You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of analytics through your device settings.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication via Firebase. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 9. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers operated by Google/Firebase, which may be located outside your country of residence (including the United States). By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these locations. Google's infrastructure complies with applicable data protection frameworks.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Firebase/Google services, which may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies:

• Firebase Authentication – manages user sign-up and login
• Cloud Firestore / Firebase Realtime Database – stores account and booking data
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – sends push notifications
• Firebase Analytics – collects anonymous app usage data
• Firebase Crashlytics – collects crash reports and diagnostics

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
